All auditoria are wheelchair accessible. If you wish to book a wheelchair place, please inform the Box Office by phone.

Easily accessible seats

If you want to make sure a seat is easily accessible, please make a reservation via the Box Office.

In-ear system

People with a hearing impairment can use our wireless in-ear system. You can get this equipment at the cloakroom.

Assistance dogs

Registered assistance dogs are welcome in the building and may be taken into our venue. Other dogs are not allowed in the building.

Good to know

• There is a wheelchair accessible lift and a wheelchair accessible toilet.
• There are also paid disabled parking spaces in the Piet Hein garage directly underneath the Muziekgebouw.
• If you are travelling by tram, take the road past the Passenger Terminal to the main entrance of the Muziekgebouw on the ground floor.
