By train: a 15 minute-walk from Amsterdam Central Station. Leave the station via the North exit (towards the IJ river). Once outside, turn right and follow the waterfront. We advise people with disabilities not to use the steep footbridge, but to enter the Muziekgebouw via the main entrance at the bottom of the quay. You can reach the main entrance by following the road downhill 75 metres to the right of the bridge, around the small harbour and past the Mövenpick Hotel.
By bicycle:
The bicycle parking facility underneath Muziekgebouw aan 't IJ is free of charge and open 24/7. You can reach the parking facility via a staircase with a bicycle slot to the right of the main entrance. From the bicycle parking facility, you can walk through to our entrance hall and ticket office.
By car: 5 minutes from the A10 Oost (East) ring road.
