You can buy tickets online, any time of day or night! But before you do, you need to create an account. The order process is slightly different this year than in years past – first, add all your concerts to your shopping basket and next, select your seats/tickets.
Concert waiting lists
If a concert’s sold out, you can put your name on a waiting list by calling the Muziekgebouw box office (up to a day before the concert). We’ll get in touch with you right away if tickets become available.
Methods of payment
You can pay for your tickets using iDeal, MasterCard, VISA or a Podium gift voucher.
How do I create my account?
Click the ‘My account’ button in the top right-hand corner of our website and enter your email address. If you’ve ordered tickets via the muziekgebouw.nl website in the past, then we recommend you use the same email address again. Next, verify your email address by clicking the confirmation link in the email we send you. You can also add a password and edit your communication preferences and personal details to finish creating your account.
I’ve forgotten my password. What now?
You can log in securely without a password. Go to login and enter the email address you used to create your account. Next, request that we send you a confirmation email. And to complete the login, click the link in the email we sent you to create a new password.
I didn’t receive an email with a confirmation link. What now?
It might take a few minutes for the email to arrive in your inbox, depending on which email application you use. It’s also possible that the email ended up in your spam or junk folder. If not, get in touch with us by email at info@cellobiennale.nl.
Due to this year’s packed programming, we’re no longer offering our day-tickets or go-as-you-please tickets. Instead, you can create your own special subscription by buying individual tickets and getting the same or even better discounts on your total purchase than in years gone by.
The more concerts you attend, the higher the discount …
> Buy four to six concert tickets – get a 20% discount*
> Buy seven or more concert tickets – get a 30% discount*
> Buy tickets to both CELLOFEST concerts – get a 30% discount
*Discounts do not apply to toddler/children’s concerts or tickets already reduced in price, for example, Stadspas, CJP and Early-Bird tickets.
Early-bird tickets (<30 y.o.)
Under 30? Then grab yourself a ticket to the Cello Biennale for just €12.50! Please note that only a limited number of Early-Bird tickets are available for each concert.
