How do I create my account?

Click the Login button or person icon at the top right of the page (or in the main menu on your mobile). If you've ordered tickets before, click 'Forgot password?' Next, change your password by following the steps in the email you receive. If you're registering for the first time, simply click 'Create profile' and fill in your details. Once logged in, you will always find your order history, tickets, and communication preferences here.

I’ve forgotten my password. What now?

When trying to log in, click 'Forgot password?'. Use the link in the e-mail we have sent you to create a new password.

I didn’t receive an email with a confirmation link. What now?

It might take a few minutes for the email to arrive in your inbox, depending on which email application you use. It’s also possible that the email ended up in your spam or junk folder. If not, get in touch with us by email at info@cellobiennale.nl.
