Ayanna Witter-Johnson cello 

‘As a second-generation Jamaican born in Britain, my music is a body of work that represents, celebrates and pays homage to my ancestral heritage, culture and identity,’ explains British cellist, composer and singer-songwriter Ayanna Witter-Johnson in reference to her mixed repertoire of jazz, R&B, reggae and classical music.

She’s previously performed in the Netherlands at the North Sea Jazz Festival and in the Royal Concertgebouw, where she performed her own cello arrangement of The Police’s all-time top hit Roxanne. But her performance during CELLOFEST will be her first solo concert in the Netherlands.
