A Seminar on Entrepreneurship in the Music Business
When: Friday February 7, 2020
Where: Kleine Zaal, Muziekgebouw, Amsterdam
Who: The Young Pianist Foundation, Cello Biennale and Nederlands Vioolconcours have joined forces with the Grachtenfestival to organize a rich seminar focusing on the Entrepreneurship that is required of any successful musician today.
Why: The curriculum is carefully selected by the directors of all four organizations, who share a desire to help the next generation flourish in their chosen profession without relying solely on their musical skills. We wish to empower and inspire our young talents, by asking a variety of professionals from the music industry to share their experiences, the good and the bad, on the bumpy road to success.
When: On Friday February 7th, students and young professionals from all music genres are invited to join us at the Muziekgebouw in Amsterdam. Tickets are just €7,50 including drinks; you are welcome to participate for the entire program including the Network Safari, from 13:00 until 18:30. We proudly present our host for the day, the multitalented Maartje Stokkers!
So, practice your elevator pitch, grab your business cards and join us. You won’t regret it.
