Klemens Bittmann
Violin
Klemens Bittmann (1977) was born in Graz, Austria. He studied jazz violin at the Didier Lockwood Music Center in Paris and classical violin at the University of Music and Performing Arts in Graz, where he currently teaches himself.
He has given several spectacular concerts at the Biënnale with the duo BartolomeyBittmann, and with the Metropole Orchestra in 2022. In addition to BartolomeyBittman, he is also the founder of Beefolk und folksmilch and the Radio String Quartet. Klemens Bittmann also composes theatre and film music. He plays a violin by Josephus Pauli (Linz, 1817) and a self-developed Mandola made by Markus Kirchmayr.
