Klemens Bittmann

Violin

Klemens Bittmann (Graz, Austria) studied jazz violin at the Didier Lockwood Mucic center in Paris, and  classical violin at the Universität für Musik und darstellende Kunst in Graz, where he now teaches himself. Besides being half of BartolomeyBittman, he is also the founder of Beefolk und folksmilch, and the Radio String Quartet. Klemens Bittmann also composes theater and film music. He plays a violin built by Josephus Pauli (Linz, 1817), and a mandola he developed himself, made by Markus Kirchmayr.
