Noam Ben-Jacov studied at the Nova Scotia College of Art and Design in Halifax, Canada. In the Netherlands he continued his studies at the Gerrit Rietveld Academie in Amsterdam. He won awards and has held exhibitions all over the world. His work varies from small statues to huge installations. Commissioned by the Cello Biennale Amsterdam, he created the installation Lamento especially for Maya Fridman's nighttime program Time Behold Now. The installation was mounted by Neal Schoenmaker, Castricum.
