With great respect and gratitude, we remember Elise Wessels-van Houdt who passed away unexpectedly on June 6th. Elise had been one of the foremost patrons of the Cello Biënnale Amsterdam since 2010. But more than that, she was an incredibly warm and kind woman, often attending concerts, offering her honest opinion, and someone with whom you could share a good glass of wine. We will miss her.
